Mesher

The Mesher, a skin expansion system used in plastic surgery, efficiently expands split-thickness skin grafts for the treatment of larger wound areas and burns. It allows the expansion of harvested skin pieces on a carrier plate through perforations, thus avoiding additional skin harvesting and closing open spaces during the healing process.
